Refund Policy

1. What you're buying

We sell prepaid account balance (in USD) that you use to pay for digital transcript-processing on the platform. Payments are processed by our payment provider, lava.top.

2. Refundable amount

You can request a refund of the real money you paid but have not yet used.

refund = (amount you paid) − (amount you have spent), never below 0

Promotional bonus credits (volume bonus, welcome bonus) have no cash value, are not counted toward the refund, and are never refundable.

Example: you paid $50 and received a $15 bonus (balance $65). After spending $20, your refundable amount is 50 − 20 = $30. The $15 bonus is never refundable.

3. Services already rendered

Transcript processing is a digital service delivered immediately, so amounts already spent on completed jobs are non-refundable — except where a job was not delivered or was materially defective through our fault, in which case we re-run it or refund that amount.

You can evaluate quality for free before spending your own money: use the free tier and any bonus credits first.

4. Original payment method only

Approved refunds are issued through lava.top back to the same card or account you paid from. We cannot send a refund to any other method.

5. How to request a refund

Email us at inbox5796@gmail.com from your account email address (the one that holds the balance), stating the payment date and amount. We review requests within 3 business days.

6. How refunds arrive

Once approved, funds are returned via lava.top to your original payment method. They typically arrive within up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
